1、整臺(tái)機(jī)器嚴(yán)格按照歐盟CE安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，具有規(guī)范化、通用化、人性化。依據(jù)人機(jī)一體化制造理念，能直接在觸摸屏上進(jìn)行設(shè)定、修正、執(zhí)行、更換、記憶等功能。

2、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面對(duì)話和電動(dòng)控制雙系統(tǒng)操作功能，具有智能化歸零、記憶自動(dòng)復(fù)位、存儲(chǔ)訂單等功能;可選配遠(yuǎn)程跟蹤服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。

4、主傳動(dòng)齒輪采用(20CrMnTi)合金鋼，經(jīng)程控自動(dòng)滲碳淬火、磨削加工處理后，保證齒面硬度均勻，達(dá)到六級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)精度其齒面硬度(HRC62-65)。

5、所有輥、軸類內(nèi)孔均進(jìn)行切加工，保證璧厚均勻、確保高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)平穩(wěn)可靠;在加工過程中，經(jīng)過多次調(diào)質(zhì)處理消除應(yīng)力變化，通過磨削加工后表面進(jìn)行鍍層保護(hù)。

6、整機(jī)壓力一鍵式調(diào)節(jié)，可自動(dòng)讀取紙片厚度確認(rèn)調(diào)節(jié)，也可輸入式調(diào)節(jié)。

7、伺服相位調(diào)節(jié)，最小可實(shí)現(xiàn)0.02毫米微調(diào)。

6. The pressure of the whole machine can be adiusted by one key, which can automatically read the thickness of the paper and confirm the adjustment, and also can be input adjustment.
